2. Apart from an online site do you also have a Retail store?

We only sell online.

3. How to know product size?

Please visit Description section for each product before making an order.

4. How do you come up with a new design collection?

Our policy is to provide new collections twice a month at reasonable prices.

5. Do I have to register myself before making an order?

Yes, we recommend you to register on our site to get better shopping experience. Order tracking and refund/replacement status update. but, if you want , can shop without registering as guest.

6. How do you ship the order items? Shipping is free or any charges?

You get free shipping on all products on our store and also guarantee delivery within 5 – 19 business days (Excluding Sundays and public holidays) depending on your shipping location.

7. How I can change the shipping address of my order?

Yes, very easily, you can log in to ” My account” page and change the address or contact with us. But when the order is shipped, we can’t change the delivery address.

8. How do you communicate the dispatch and delivery details?

We will informe the status through Email on your registered mail .

9. What to do, if your courier is unable to deliver the product?

Our Shipping partner will make the three attempts to deliver before returning the product to our warehouse. You can contact us at support@bibifoot.net to re-dispatch request. We’re available from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm from Mon to Sat.

10. What is your return policy?

We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described, or if your item is not delivered within the Buyer Protection period. You can get a refund 5 days after the claim process finishes. This guarantee is in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, as granted by all mandatory laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence. 11. Do you have Cash on Delivery – COD?

No, but your payment is always safe

12. After placing an order, When will I receive the same?

Your order will be delivered within 5-19 working days (Excluding Sundays and public holidays).

13. If i received a damaged/incorrect item. What to do?

We regret and apologize for the inconvenience, by mistake if your order arrives in a damaged/incorrect condition, please email us with an image of the damaged product at support@bibifoot.net as early information in regard will be appreciated and settled as soon as possible.

14. How to cancel an order that I placed online?
