Items purchased as part of a package at a discount, eg “5 for $ 25” (unless the entire package is returned)

After you contact and state the problem about the defective product. We will review and decide whether it follows our policy or not. If it fully complies, we will accept your refund.

We will return your money in 15 days, however; if it’s not resolved, you can contact BibiFoot from the order detail page to escalate your dispute.

Case 1: if the error is caused by the manufacturer (Wrong goods, wrong color, Wrong size ….). You can return the item within 5 days (from the date of successful delivery). The product and packaging must be intact, undamaged and unwashed.
Case 2: If the error is caused by you choosing the wrong size, by sensory or personal reasons. Products are still returned after 5 days (from the date of successful delivery) but you will be the one who pays the shipping fee and the refund will be deducted 10% of the product value
Case 3: Not support to return the product after 5 days (from the date of successful delivery)

• You could return items locally and easily: Get the return code or the return label, Go to the designated logistics company’s service point to complete the return and wait for the local warehouse to receive your returned parcel.

• Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement.

Conditions to submit a refund request

The buyer chose the wrong size and placed the wrong order.
The buyer no longer wants it after receiving it for personal reasons.
When your appliance arrives, please take the following steps:

1) Check the box for damage.

2) Make sure that the product name and model number match your order confirmation.

3) Remove the packaging and inspect the clothes.

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once your clothes are washed, it can’t be returned.


1.The refund will be issued within 10 business days upon the receipt by our warehouse and verified the conditions of the items.

  1. It normally takes one business day for the refund to appear on your BibiFoot wallet. The balance in your wallet could either be applied to your future purchases or withdrawn to your PayPal/bank account at any time.


The seller must comply with other relevant legal requirements (warranty, return, etc.) that may be applicable depending on your location as a buyer. For instance, in most EU countries you will generally have a 2-year legal conformity warranty and a 15-day right to return (please note that in case of a return, the buyer must bear the cost of returning the products to return.
