Shipping Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

We have a variety of shipping methods and will notify you once the item has been shipped.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

ORDER CONFIRM

Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.

ORDER PROCESSING

Standard
Processing time: 1-5 days (Excluding Sundays and public holidays)
Shipping time: 6-20 days (Excluding Sundays and public holidays)

Once your order is complete, your items will be prepared for shipping. Most items take 1-3 business days to be processed while some items may take up to 4-5 business days (Excluding Sundays and public holidays). We will then send it to the shipping company, which will deliver the goods to your door within 6-20 days (Excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the date we deliver them. While we work hard to ensure that your order is prepared to ship as quickly as possible, some items may take longer to process. In that case, you will be notified by email of the delay.

SHIPPING FEES

You get free shipping on all of our products. However, in the event that the goods have been sent and you change your mind and do not want to receive the goods, the shipping fee will not be refunded. If you refuse any shipment from BibiFoot.net, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of sending the package back to us. This amount will be from any credits issued.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Our products are always prepared in stock. We have a wide range of items, but sometimes there will be more popular products that can sell out very quickly. Any product sold out, we will update the status to “Out of stock” and you will no longer be able to order the product. But if you still love it and want to own it, contact us as we can make better choices for you.
